Had a big shot at 2-0... but...we split.
Texas lost 5-4.
Cards won 4-2.

With the score tied 4-4 in the top of the 8th...Texas had the bases loaded- one out.
Their 8th place hitter (Mathews)...who was 3 for 3 on the night going into this at-bat...grounded into a double-play to end the inning.

That's OK....it's our turn to start getting a few breaks.
And when we do....watch out.
It'll be 8-10 W's in a row.
