Cincinatti/Colorado under 10 (-120) (Francis/Milton)---There was a time this year where I"d see Milton starting and I wouldn't hesitate to put that game over. He was good for at least 2 home runs allowed a game. But Milton along with Francis have found their groove as of late. Take a look at the past 10 starts for each pitcher and you can see that both have done well. Milton has had 5 quality starts in a row (at least 6 IP) and Francis has had 6 in the last 8. The side is a toss up, but I think with the way both pitchers have been throwing the ball, that the under is a solid call.
