Last season, Cliff Lee was off to an amazing start at 10-1. He ended 14-8, but lost seven of his last eight starts and saw his Era balloon to 5.89 by season's end. This season he has started well again at 4-1, but his 4.24 Era has to be a concern and he is 1-1 with a 5.11 Era in two starts versus the Angels lifetime. Though going 2-1, Lee has given up 10 earned runs in his last three starts and the Angels owe him one as he beat them last time out. Byrd is 3-3 on the season himself, but it is his 4-0 lifetime record and 1.89 Era in six career starts versus the Indians that have us liking this play. He is 3-1 over his last four starts, so it looks like he is starting to pitch into form.
