Highlights of last night's WINNERS on a 3-1 night follow, along with tonight's FREE winner:

7 STAR SELECTION (5% of Bankroll)

    DALLAS -17 over Cleveland

...Don't look for the Cadavers to bring much momentum in here off their win. They have yet to win consecutive games this season and they are a horrendous 1-14 ATS on the road off a home win in which they shot better than 50%. They are also 0-3 ATS this season on the road vs. the NBA's elite "CLASS A" foes, losing to the spread by 9 points a game, despite hefty spreads.

Dallas should build off their huge win in Sacramento. They are 9-0 ATS off a road underdog victory, and 5-0-1 ATS at home vs. foes off a home dog win. The NBA, as a league, is 8-1 ATS at home following a road win vs. the Kings. We also note that the Mavericks are a super 6-0-1 ATS as a double-digit home favorite vs. opponents off home victories and 9-1 ATS at home on Tuesdays. Despite this huge number we look for the Dallas to take care of Cleveland without complete ease.

PROJECTED FINAL SCORE: DALLAS 111 CLEVELAND 87

ACTUAL FINAL SCORE: DALLAS 114 CLEVELAND 93!

6 STAR SELECTION (4.75% of Bankroll)

    SACRAMENTO -9 over Golden State

...The Kings have won their last 13 games against the Warriors, while Golden State has lost its last eight visits to Arco Arena. The Kings have won their first three meetings with the Warriors this season by 48 points combined, and are 11-2 ATS overall vs. their California neighbors. AT home, the Kings have destroyed the Warriors, going 13-1 ATS, including the last 8 in a row.

Sacramento has lost two of three games following a four-game winning streak and fell to 1-1 on its four-game road trip with a 129-123 overtime loss against Dallas on Sunday. We look for them to bounce back here, especially with the Lakers on deck. The Kings are 5-0 ATS at home off a home defeat, and, since the start of last season, a perfect 6-0 ATS before playing the world champions.

Golden State has lost for of its last six games but did post a 94-88 victory at Seattle on Saturday. They'll have a tough time against this team that they have ZERO confidence against. The Warriors are 0-5 ATS when playing to avenge a loss in which they allowed the opponent to hit 50%+ of their shots. Even when playing with TRIPLE revenge, they are 0-4 ATS on the road. They may keep this one respectable for a couple of quarters, but expect the Kings to pull away for a double-digit win in the second half.

PROJECTED FINAL SCORE: SACRAMENTO 115 GOLDEN STATE 102

ACTUAL FINAL SCORE: SACRAMENTO 117 GOLDEN STATE 91!

5 STAR SELECTION (4.5% of Bankroll)

    Philadelphia -6 over MIAMI

...Miami has struggled mightily in recent games, dropping six of seven and nine of its last 11 contests. We frankly don't see them giving the Sixers too much of a battle here. The Heat are 0-3 ATS when hosting opponents off 3+ SU wins, and just 2-9 ATS at home on Tuesdays, while Philly is 6-1 ATS in Tuesday road games.

The 76ers have simply had Miami's number, especially on the road, going 10-1 ATS. We also note that Philadelphia is an outstanding 9-0 ATS on the road vs. foes playing with double revenge, beating the number by an average of NINE points a game. They are the hottest team in the league right now, and with a chance to continue their climb up the standings they should be more than ready to roll tonight.

PROJECTED FINAL SCORE: PHILADELPHIA 94 MIAMI 85

ACTUAL FINAL SCORE: PHILADELPHIA 103 MIAMI 83!

    Tonight's FREE MONEY PLAY -

4 STAR SELECTION (4.25% of Bankroll)

New York +7 over NEW ORLEANS

If the New York Knicks and the New Orleans Hornets do not settle their contest at New Orleans Arena in regulation on Wednesday, they will set an NBA record for most overtime contests between two opponents in a single season. Each of the teams' first three games this season went into overtime, tying the league record last achieved by Miami and Cleveland during the 2001-02 campaign. Obviously this team plays very tight games, with only one of the last 8 meetings decided by more than 8 points.

With such evenly matched teams, the Hornets are in no position to be giving away this many points. They have lost three of five after winning eight in a row. On Saturday, they capped a 2-2 road trip with a 96-86 setback at Orlando. Meanwhile, New York rallied from a 15-point second-half deficit to beat San Antonio on last night, 105-97, becoming the first Eastern Conference team to win at the SBC Center. The Knicks simply have more to play for here. They are just two games behind Milwaukee and Washington, which are tied for the eighth and final Eastern Conference playoff spot. New Orleans is in sixth place which just does not provide them with the same incentive.

Off a loss of 10 or more points, New Orleans is a poor 2-7 ATS, while New York is a terrific 9-0-2 ATS vs. such opponents. While the oddsmakers seem to indicate that the betting public thinks the Knicks will have a letdown after their win last night vs. the Spurs, we take the contrarian view here. We see the Knicks bringing the momentum from that big win to New Orleans and giving the Hornets all they can handle. Indeed, the league is 5-1 ATS when playing without rest on the road following a win in San Antonio. While the Hornets may prevail in the end, it should be yet another close game.

PROJECTED FINAL SCORE: NEW ORLEANS 100 NEW YORK 96
