    *1st to 6th Inning Update:

REASON # 1: The Yankee sticks are Hot, while the A's sticks are Not!

-Reason # 1 holds true to form..as I predicted in my Write-Up it would. (Res: Yanks 5 runs on 4 hits- 1 two run HR, 1 triple, 1 double)

    ================================================== =======================================

REASON # 2: The A's are in a bad Offensive Slump right now

-Reason # 2 holds true to form..as I predicted in my Write-Up it would. (Res: Oak 1 run on 3 hits)

    ================================================== =======================================

REASON # 3: Harden vs Mussina and the Yankee's All-Star Lineup.

-Reason # 3 holds true to form..as I predicted in my Write-Up it would. (Res: Harden tagged for 5 runs on 4 hits in 3 innings piched, relieved in 4th)

    ================================================== ======================================

Reason # 4: Situational Edge with Yankees at the Plate vs Oakland BP on the hill.

-Reason #4: Currently inplay...and game following projected analysis at this time.... (Res: currently pending)

    ================================================== ========================================

    FYI:

~Ok Gang...up to this point in this Game, my Write-Up has been accurately backing up my Handicapping of this play on the Yankees....which I used Fundamental, Statistical, and Situational Capping Methods to back up this play on the Yanks... So far So Accurrate! ....We got 3 more innings to go, but my Reason # 4 is in play...and we are looking real good at this time.....Now, this is the Value and Quality that I state you should look for in your Handicapper and his Big Plays he is telling you to make an Investment in...As you can see, my Proof is in the Pudding I provide with all my Big Plays...If, he is a Real & Legit Sports Handicapper like he claims to be, then he should be able to do the same...and you should expect no less than his Best!...Aloha CC. .

*Aloha Gang....sorry no time today for Big Write-Up, getting ready to leave on a short vacation....most likely be back Friday...I will try to still post a Comp Play though, but only if I can sneak away....Anyways today I like this plays..and it comes straight off my Plays Card released for "Big Monday".... Enjoy!

      **TOP RATED PLAY ON:

      Angels +105

-Byrd 4-0 vs the Indians in his 6 career starts vs them...with and ERA of 1.89 and WHIP of 1.237.....Lee just 1-1 vs the Angels with a ERA of 5.11....Angels 6-3 the last 9 at Cleveland...while the Indians at Home still struggling with a 5-9 record overall...They also just averaging 3.5 rpg and batting just .205 at the plate in Home games this year....The Angels averaging 4.8 rpg on the Road and allow just 3.8 rpg to opponents...Clev and Angels both near bottom in the league in hitting, but Angels still riding on top of the AL West and that is due to other factors in their game which is also helping them win games...One of them is aggressive base running, as they rank 3rd in the league in SB...This threat of stealing one, should cause enough disruption to Lee's rhythum when Angel runners are on base, and that should then help Angel batters at the plate get better looks...Pitching, aggressive play on base, defense, and a BP that is 7-0 in Saves on the Road, shoudl be enough to get them another win today....I Like the Halos tonight!.

-GL Gang and LETS GO GET EM!....ALOHA CC.

          **TOP RATED PLAYS ON:

Angels +105 (WIN) .................... Comp Play
Boston -176 (PEND) ............................. Comp Play
          Wash -118 (WIN)

          *REGULAR PLAYS ON:

          Mets -152 (WIN)

          ================================================== ======================================

*2ND COMP PLAY FOR "BIG MONDAY" ON:

          **TOP RATED PLAY ON:

          Boston -176

-High line, but I am laying it on this Arroyo who is having a solid year so far...Current record is 4-0 with an ERA of 2.91...WHIP of 1.079....He is also only averaging 1.7 walks per game, and gives up just 5.4 hits per game as well...Solid!

Another reason I dont mind laying it with this Red Sox team is due to the fact that they are backing up their starters with some solid hits and runs...Currently they are the 2nd highest scoring team averaging 5.6 rpg..and they also avg 9.6 hits per game and 5.3 RBIs per game, and are ranked 4th overall in the league in team hitting average at .278....Oakland, on the other hand, is hitting a league low .236 at the plate, only 3.6 rpg, 3.4 RBIs per game, and it doesnt get any better being at Home either..

Oakland's Saarloos is 1-2 with 5.09 ERA...and a WHIP of 1.415...In his starts, he has only record 8 K's, gave up 17 walks, while averaging just 5 innings on the hill...In his las 4 starts at Home Saarloos has an ERA of 7.58 and a record of 0-2...

Arroyo in his last 3 starts has an ERA of 1.66 and a record of 2-0...Boston's BP also has recorded a solid 7-0 in Saves on the Road with none blown...While Oakland's BP is struggling of late having blown 6 saves overall to just 7 saves...At Home they have recorded 3 saves and 3 blown saves...Not Good!.

Boston vs RHPs is 15-11 averaging 5.8 rpg and .284 at the plate....Oak vs RHPs is 10-20 this year, averaging just 3.5 rpg and .233 hitting at the plate....Plus, Oakland in their 18 home games this year, has only recorded just 7 HRs.

-Boston 17-7 vs Oakland the last 24 games...This year already 3-0..
-Oakland on a terrible 8 game losing streak and have gone 2-11 in this Month of May.....Plus, they are only 1-5 on games played on Mondays...

Tonight, Lay the Lumber with the Boston Red Sox's as they bring the support for Arroyo to get another solid Win over the struggling A's tonight...GL and Aloha CC.

-Rest of my Late Set of Plays were on:

          *REGULAR PLAYS ON:

          Florida +131
          Atlanta +104

-Damn Boston goes up early, only to go behind, only to tie it up late, only to go behind and lose it late in the end....The Braves had this one all the way..but that BP finally caught up to them....Still, we started the new Week on a Winning Note and that is all that matters....Good start as I go for my 7th Consecutive Winning Week in MLB so far this year..

BTW, this past Weekend's Plays also provided a positive winning Weekend for all those who got on board....My Weekend Plays have now also won 6 Consecutive Winning Weeks as well....Reserve your seat for the Week or Weekend's investment plays coming up fast.

FYI: Coming off a Solid Ass Day yesterday on Super Tuesday going 5-1 in MLB (Top Rated Plays Sweep at 3-0).....Also won on my only play in the NBA on the Pistons (Top Play of the Day Winner)....Sorry no Comp posted yesterday as I was out and away from the computer, so only Weekly Package holders were sent the plays...However, just like I always like to do after Winning Big...I like to share and spread the wealth Big as well...and today I will do just that.... So Enjoy!

              ~COMP PLAY FOR "WILD-WEDNESDAY" ON:

**TOP RATED EARLY PLAY OF THE DAY ON:

              LA Angels -132

-Ok forget about yesterday's Ass spanking the Angels were handed by the Indians....That one was mainly due to the Angels Santana making his Pro debut and his inexperience and nerves got the best of him...and the Indian's feasted on this Virgin the Angel's sacrificed...However, this is another day with another latin pitcher taking the hill for the Angel...only difference is this is no Virgin and he is on a shutdown roll of late.....In fact, the Angels Colon has an overall ERA of 2.90...and in his last 3 starts his ERA is just 1.69 with a WHIP of .985...In his last three games, he has only given up 4 ERs, 3 walks, striked out 16, and averaged 7.1 innings on the mound....

Westbrook, on the other hand, has a ERA of 7.11 at Home where he has gone 0-2...and averaged just 4.7 innings, giving up 12 ERs in just 14 innings...But in his last 3 games, his ERA is slightly lower at 6.92 but his average innings on the hill dropped to just 4.3 in this span...Not Good!...Overall on the year, Westbrooks record is 1-6 and only TB's Brazelton (1-7) has more losses than him in the league..

Ok, running late and lost track of the 6 hour difference we have here in Hawaii...so will post the rest of this Write-Up below....posting play now so you have time to get on it, if you wish....

                write-up continuation...

Westbrook this year is simply struggling in all games he started in...except his last start vs the Angels when he gave up just 2 runs in 8 innings...Still, that wasnt enough to outduel this Fat Boy from LA in Colon, who went 8 innings giving up just 4 hits and no runs to lead the Angels to a 2-0 win on April 20th....This is the right time that the Angels is facing Westbrook as I do believe he will get his form back sometime next month....however, this is the right time to get on Colon as he is in early top notch form, even on the Road....Ie, in his last 3 Road starts, Colon has a 3.13 ERA with a WHIP of just 1.09..and is allowing opponents to hit just .198 against him... Solid!

As for the offenses on both teams this year...simply put, both are struggling right now at the plate...However, the Angels still sit on top of the AL West, while the Indians are close to the bottom of the Central....One reason for this is Angel defense to go alone with their better than average pitching so far...In their 20 Road games the defense has only committed 7 fielding errors....Cleveland, on the other hand, has committed 32 fielding errors overall and 12 at Home..and this only have been hurting their starters....Another reason for the Angels success is their aggressive play on base...Small ball is being used with alot of success and has become a key to helping them get wins or leads, during their slumps at the plate....Teams like Cleveland are not as aggressive in moving runners on base via stolen base, which makes them most times totally dependant on the batter at the plate to move them, and especially into scoring position....The Angels currently rank 3rd in the league in Stolen Bases with 35 so far on the year....The Indians has successfully stolen 20 base this year...but at Home they have only record 7 SBs, while the Angels have recorded 16 stolen bases in games on the Road....and also have recorded their most vs RHP's with 29 of their 35 steals coming against them...This aggressiveness of the Angels runners on base also helps to provide their teammates at the plate get better looks, as they are most times able to disrupt RHPs rhythum because of this treat to steal one on them..

Both BP's are playing solid so far on the year...with the Angels BP posting an 8-0 Saves to BSV record on the Road and 13-3 Record in Saves overall...They also do have an overall solid 2.98 ERA as well....Cleveland's BP also has a solid ERA oveall at 2.53 with an 11-3 Save to BSV record so far on the year..and 7 Saves at Home as well....However, if the Angels go late with the lead, I feel they have the better closer to secure the win...

Clev at Home averaging just 3.9 rpg and .224 hitting at the plate....In day games, both their run and hitting averages fall to only 3.4 rpg and .222 hitting at the plate...This stat may be the one that will hurt Westbrooks chances as it has all season long so far as the Indian's dont provide him run support...Today wont get any easier either against Colon, as the Angels have gone 4-1 in his last 5 starts...and 7-4 in their last 11 at Cleveland....The Indians meanwhile have gone 3-7 in Westbrooks last 10 starts overall....1-2 vs the Angels in his lst 3 career starts vs them, while the Angels went 4-2 in Colons 6 career starts against them.

*Other Stats, Trends, and Info I like favoring the Angels today:

-Angels 12-8 on the Road this year.
                -Angels 15-11 vs RHPs.
-Angels won 2 of their last 3....while Clev lost 2 of their last 3 games.

-Clev just 6-10 at Home this year.
-Clev just 2-4 in games played on Weds.
                -Clev 5-12 in Day games.
-Clev just 6-11 after a win.
-Clev, who is the league's worst hitting team is coming off of a season highs in runs and hits (19) in last nights win...Plus, two of their players in Ben Broussard and Travis Hafner both also hit two run homeruns in last nights game...However, yesterday was an easy one for them vs the Angels Rookie making his first ever career start in the Bigs, and today they are up against a Vet, having possibly his best year in his career...Not only is the odds of Clev putting up another offensive performance like last nights working against them...But their 6-11 record they have following a win also says the odds are not in their favor as well.

Even with the Angels Closer Rodriguez and CF Anderson taking a day off...I still like the Angel's better Hitting, Pitching, Speed, and Defense to be more than enough for them to get another win over the Indians who are struggling overall on both offense and defense....Today the Angels gets the call again to Bring Home the Big Early Bacon as my TOP RATED EARLY PLAY OF THE DAY selection....GL and Aloha CC.

*please disregard any typos or grammatical errors...was rushing to type this shit out..lol

~Comp Play and Write-Up I released 4 everyone on "Wild Wednesday".

**TOP RATED EARLY PLAY OF THE DAY ON:

LA Angels -132 (2-1 ML WINNER!)

*COMP PLAY FROM MY LATE SET IN MLB ON "WILD-WEDS". ....ENJOY IT AGAIN!

**TOP RATED LATE PLAY OF THE DAY ON:

                      Houston -134

-Look out Gang...the team who I have faded alot when they were on their last long Road trips, has all of a sudden put together a solid 3 game Winning streak since then...Whats even more pleasant to see is the other starters have picked up the Rockets lead and rode his confidence to these wins...But wait thats not it, the Astros who just a few games ago was one of the lowest hitting and run producing teams in the league, have alos come awake in this winning span....In fact, they have currently outscored their opponents by a combined 16-1...supporting their solid starters on the hill, who has a streak of 24 innings without giving up a run...The streak is also the Astros longest in their organizations history since 1997...Solid!

So far the Astro's starters have a Awesome ERA of 1.11 in their last 8 games...and today they send their other prize steal from the Yankees, in Pettite, to the hill...Pettitte in the record standings has a 2-4 overall record in his 8 starts this year, but he has a solid overall ERA of 3.29 and 1.212 WHIP to boot...Also, in Pettitte's 3 starts he has been able to bring this ERA and WHIP to a lower average of 3.05 and 1.016, although going just 1-2 in this span...Well, the pressure is on him to continue his solid play, and especially since he is the veteran and doesnt want to be the one to stop this streak of 24 straight innings without allowing a run to be broken...Plus, he knows that both Backe and Oswalt has pitched 17 scoreless innings over their last two games...and the Rocket, well he knows what he has done to keep this team alive...

Pettitte is the remaining starter to complete this solid rotation of the Astros who needs him to some W's, so they can start preparing for a major run...something they have already built up alot of momentum in their last 3 games....Pettitte, comes in on a 2 game slide, but just like how the other starters got healthy pitching at Home....he should also bounce back tonight in their House....Pettitte in his career is 1-1 with a 2.77 ERA in his 2 career starts vs the D-Backs...so he has been able to keep his own vs this lineup of theirs....Zona's Ortiz also has found success vs the Astro's his 5-2 record with a 2.94 ERA in 10 career starts can atest to....However, I have to side with Pettitte at Home where he has found his most success going 2-1 and the Astros posting a 3-1 record in his 4 home starts...and where his ERA is a solid 2.70 and his WHIP is a very low .900...Love It!

Zona's Ortiz has been getting hit alot this year and its because he has not been able to overpower anyone at the plate this year...Currently he has given up more walks with 22 to strike-outs at 21....And, in his last 3 starts this gap between walks to strikeouts has widen to 12 walks and only 9 K's...Also widening in this span was his ERA and WHIP which grew to a high 7.71 and 2.64...Not Good!....Pettitte, overall on the year has 30 strikeouts to just 12 walks allowed in over 52 innings on the hill..Very Good!

Also a good is that Zona vs LHPs on the Road is Only hitting .172 ...and just .224 overall on the year vs them....They also only have recorded just 3 HRs, 7 hits pg, a low 3.4 rpg average, and .229 hitting average at the plate, vs LHPs...And tonight their lineup will be without one of their top hitter's as Green will be out of this one...And with his absence goes their 2nd ranked batter in runs, 4th ranked hitter in RBIs, 3rd ranked batter in hits, and 4th on the team in most walks this year...

Houston at Home this year has posted a 13-7 overall record...and also averaged hitting .279 vs RHPs at Home as well....The Astros also are averaging 4.8 rpg at Home and hitting .280 at the plate overall at Home...This is a good thing as they have a chance again to catch Zona in a terrible situation tonight...Another thing which will give Houston an advantage tonight is in their aggressive base running as they have stolen 33 total bases this year, with 23 coming in Home games...and 24 coming vs RHPs....Zona only has stolen 17 bases in their 40 games played this year..and have just stolen 4 vs LHPs this year.....Oh Boy!

Lastly, Zona's BP over their last 3 games has a ERA of 12.50...Holy Shit....But wait their WHIP is also a high 2.28...Perfect!....I love the Astro's with Pettitte on the hill today to win and possibly shutout the D-Backs once more......Take Houston as a TOP RATED LATE PLAY OF THE DAY selection....GL and Aloha CC.

FYI:...MLB-"BIG GAME PLAY" on Super Saturday!

-This is the "BGP" with indepth Write-Up and Game Analysis I released today...The Twins down 0-4 after Lee hits a 2 run HR off of Radke in the 1st inning, and then add 2 more runs in the 2nd......I hope you all got on my Comp Play Winner I posted earlier today on Toronto -1.5 +121...That was another Top Rated Play-Winner, if you did!...Now lets get this one.... Go Twins!.

"BIG GAME PLAY"--INTERLEAGUE GAME OF THE MONTH:

                              Minnesota -164 (Radke vs Davis)

-Milw on a terrible slide right now as they have lost 6 of their last 7 games, including 3 straight....Minny, meanwhile has quietly won 4 of their last 5 games, including winning their last 3 games...Btw, I say quietly...because the Twins are still 5 games behind the streaking CWS, who is running off with the best record in the AL Central, not to mention in the entire league as well...

One thing which hasn't helped to make it easier for the Brewers, is this long 10 game road swing that they are currently in the last leg of....Today's game will be their 9th straight game in 9 days, and I am suspecting that they can't wait to get back home for some needed lovin, not to mention, some much needed rest as well...Milw's last 3 games results should back this up, as they have gone 0-3 and have been outscored 3 to 11 in this span....Plus, in their 8 road games played so far, they have only been able to average just 2.3 rpg...and again just 3 total runs in their last 3 games....You see a trend possibly occurring here....I do, and it doesn't appear to good for the Brew Crew.

Besides the obvious, which shows the Brewers are spirialing downwards while the Twins are rising to higher levels on their solid balanced play....I like these Situational Advantages & these Key Matchup Advantages to show why I feel the Twins will be able to continue on their winning trend....and why the Brewers will not change their faith of late....

*Situational Advantage #1: The Road is where Davis has deffinately struggled, allowing 15 HRs, 22 Hits, 13 Walks, all in alittle over 21 innings...And today's game will be his 2nd start on this road trip, his first was at Washington where Milw lost 2-5, and where Davis gave up 4 ERs on 9 hits in 6 innings of work....Today's situation favors the Twins because Davis will make this start, coming off a bad loss, and also on less than 4 days rest....Oh Boy!

Minny, on the other hand, has gotten alot healthier and started to put together, what seems like a solid run coming on for them....In their last 3 games winning streak, the Twins have outscored their opponents 14 to 3, behind solid pitching and their solid hitting...Minny is 13-8 at Home this year...where they are averaging 5 rpg, hitting a solid .305 at the plate, and have a OBP of .361....Plus, vs LHPs this year they have gone 10-4, batting .263, and average 5.4 rpg against them...In addition, vs LHPs they are averaging 5.3 RBI's per game, hitting alittle over 10 hits pg, while their defense has committed a low error total, of 9, in their last 21 games played at Home...Solid.

*Situational Advantage # 2 : Today Milw sends LHP Davis to the hill, in hopes that he gets his shit together...In his last 3 starts he went 1-2 with an ERA of 5.40, while giving up 22 hits, 13 ERs, and a whopping 6 HRs, in just 20 innings on the hill....In his 4 Road starts, he has a record of 1-3 and an a higher ERA of 6.33....

Davis is 1-0 vs Minny in his 2 career starts vs Minny with a ERA of 4.38 and a WHIP of 1.865...in 12 1/3 innings...He also gave up 8 walks while strikingout 8...Plus, in these games vs Minny, he has allowed them to average hitting .326 at the plate.

*Situational Advantage # 3: Davis in his 4 Night starts, is 0-4 with a whopping 8.02 ERA....But, he is 4-1 with an 3.15 ERA in afternoon games he started...Seems the boy doesnt like the dark...lol....Better for us Twins backers...especially because the Twin have a winning record in night games, and Milw overall has a poor 7-13 record in all games played at Night....Like this one alot, as the team and starting pitcher seems to hate playing at Night....Well, they will also have to contend with playing in the Dome and on turf as well tonight...Both of them the Twins excel on...ie, Minny 16-8 playing in the Dome and on Turf.

*Key Advantage # 1: Minny's Radke takes the hill today and although his overall record is just 4-3 in his 9 starts this season, he has been pitching very solidly throughout and two of the wins in the Twins last 4 games won when he started was not credited to him....Overall on the year he has ERA of 3.71 and a solid WHIP of 1.064, which ranks 10th lowest in the league....Even more impressive is the fact that Radke has Only given up a total of 2 Walks all year...."2", wow.

At home is where he does his best work, as he is 4-1 in his last 5 home starts with an ERA of 2.78 and a very low WHIP of .0869.....In 35.7 innings, he gave up just 29 hits, 11 ERs, 3 HRs, Only 2 walks, while strikingout 20 at the plate...Plus, overall he has been solidly averaging 7 2/3rds innings for them and his strikeout to walk ratio is 1.10...Still, in his last 3 starts, he averaged 7.3 innings, posted a 2-0 record (3-0 team rec), gave up only 6 ER, only 1 walk, recorded 13 K's, all in alittle over 22 innings....Solid!

*Key Advantage # 2: Radke is 3-3 vs Milw, and has an career ERA of 3.47 vs them...Radke is his career vs Milw is only allowing them to hit .246 against him and has a WHIP of 1.13 in their games...Furthermore, at Home he is allowing hitters to average just .221 and has a WHIP of .87...Solid!

Milw vs RHP's this year is hitting just .251, however, on the road they are just 8-13, average 4.0 rpg and a low .244 hitting at the plate...Plus, they are averaging just a little over 8 hits per game...which is the same amount that they average vs RHPs also..

Sidenote: Radke since he started the year losing 4 of his 1st 5 starts, he has run off 4 straight wins in a row...In this span, he has been simply Awesome, allowing just 7 hits, 18 K's, and gave up just 1 walk overall, while also averaing 7.3 innings of work....

Sidenote: Radke has only given up 2 total Walks in 63 innings....and he has a 1.06 WHIP though this 63 innings as well.
Sidenote: Radke has registered 56 strikeouts, against 17 walks, in 89 2/3 innings all time versus the Brewers.

*Key Advantages # 3: Milw has hitters but they as a team is ranked 6th to last in the league in total Hits....While Minny ranks 9th in the league in this category.....
-Minny ranks 8th in the league in team hitting average at .272....While Milw ranks 7th to last in team hitting average.
-Minny ranks 5th in OBP in the league
-Minny staff ranks 4th in ERA, 1st in least walks allowed at 56 (WOW!)...2nd to them is 102 by the Cleveland Indians staff....Milw's staff this year has allowed 139 walks..
-Minny's BP ranks 5th in Saves....Milw's BP ranks 4th to last in Saves this year.
-Minny staff also ranks 1st in lowest WHIP at 1.14 overall in the league.

*Past Situational and Key Advantages which favor the Twins tonight:

-Milw is 2-5 as a Road Underdog of +125 to +150.
-Milw is 8-13 in Road Games.
-Milw is 3-6 on Road where the total is 8-8.5.

Bottom line for me tonight is that Minny is headed up and Milw is going down fast....And, the Situational and Key Advantages listed above clearly shows the Twins have what it takes on their side to win this one in solid fashion tonight...Basically the Twins have the better Starter, the better Bullpen, better Hitting, more Speed, and the Better Defense, than the Brew Crew....and that is way more than enough to beat a slumping road weary team with a road weary starter on the hill....With that said, play Minnesota Twins as a "BIG GAME PLAY"--INTERLEAGUE GAME OF THE MONTH selection.....GL and Aloha CC.
