My subscribers received S. Illinois at +8-, I sent my plays out at 12PM EST when the line was +8- (in some places 9). Therefore it was a winner. It closed at +8 before tip-off which was 2 hrs after I posted the service play.
NO BS here....My subscribers view the same website as everyone else so why would I lie.
