We are taking UAB -3 1/2 against Marquette. How are there Blazers favored over Marquette on the road? The answer is simple, Travis Diener, who is the best player on Marquette, is out for tonight. Both teams are 15-5 on the season, but the Eagles are not deep enough to handle this Blazer team without their fearless leader. UAB is already 6-2 ATS versus Marquette since 1997, 3-1 ATS of that has been at Marquette, so they are used to success here anyway. Marquette is just 1-5 ATS after a conference game, 5-9 ATS overall, 3-6 ATS at home, and 3-8 ATS against teams with a winning record. Those numbers are bad and without Diener, they look even worse.
