On Phil Steele's comp. phone today he admitted they lost on Oklahoma.
Here is where the deception comes in:
He states that in his double Bowl PowerSweep issue he went 14-8 in games rated 3* or higher.
Ok-the problem lies in the fact that there was no mention on )how the lower rated plays did;2) how the late phones did over the Bowl season and 3) no mention as to how the totals did.;I have a feeling they didn't do so well.
The "lock" of the season is that if the 3*s and higher had lost, and the other games in PowerSweep and/or the late phone service and/or the totals had done well, he would be harping on those instead.
The old legal jargon of "The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" would seem to apply here.
On the other hand, folks, if you are on the fence of whether as to whether to purchase that beatup 1972 Pinto with 300000 miles on it, go see Phil Steele at Northcoast Motors;I am sure with his slick marketing skills, Phil will get you to buy it and probably throw in a year's subscription of PowerSweep at a reduced rate if you do.

Steele is a joke..........I went through every Power Sweep selection and he finished -8.5 units.......thats not counting a selection on the Auburn-VT game in which he had another loser.......... YOU SURE WONT HERE HIM ADVERTISING HE LOST OVER 10 UNITS.......WHAT HE DOES IS GIVE OUT SO MANY DIFFERENT SELECTIONS HE WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO FIND SOME POSITIVE THING TO SAY........SAVAGE......KEEP EXPOSING THIS GUY FOR THE FRAUD HE IS...........
