  • More About Northcoast

In addition to all that has been said about NorthCoast in the other thread, here is what I find amusing:
Phil Stoole spent a good part of his comp. tape today blabbing about how this is only 5 star GOY in the NFL out of all the pre-season and all the regular weeks of the NFL,and that he is unlike those other services which put out big plays every week, yada, yada, yada.
Of course he is trying to say that HIS 5* GOY thus must be something special.
I would be embarrassed to say all of the above, and not only have my 5* GOY lose but to get blown out of the water! It makes him look like a total idiot.
I see that unlike other Sundays when he keeps his comp. message up for the entire day on Sunday, he had the good sense to remove it when he saw his pick was going to be a disaster and to say simply to come back on Monday for the next comp pick;I wonder why.
ps the best bet is tomorrow he will come up on the comp. line with a very sad voice for effect, BUT remind us that UNLIKE those other services, he is ALWAYS up the next day telling about the losers as well as the winners;that is supposed to be his consolation I guess and to take the heat off of the dreadful pick.
I think if there is such a thing as reincarnation that itmwould be fitting that Phil come back as a broken record, as his tapes
after a losing day like this are so predictable and have never changed in all of the year I have followed him.
For the record I played the game very small, as All Star Sports, a service I respect had a big play on Denver also(was it pirated from NorthCoast?);I played it small (shouldn't have played it at all) because I saw the line jump, which is a warning sign that many other lemmings, many of them big losers, were jumping all over the game also.

Maybe he threw out this game to drive up the line so he could hop on the chiefs.....just like the oregon game! Once a scumbag, always a scumbag...

I also changed my bet from K.C. to DENVER after reading the posted play. But, after the fact, of the play being a loser, why would they choose such a spot for a game of the year. For example, K.C. hard to beat at home, a rivalfy game, betting against a home team getting points, betting against a team that cares about their coach, etc, etc, etc, I was thinking they must just know something. COULD THEY NOT FIND ANY BETTER GAME AL YEAR FOR THEMSELVES???????????

I defy Phil Steele to give the reasons for the pick on his comp. line tomorrow in view of what you said;nah, he doesn't have the stones to do so;all you will get is the usual, sad apologetic worn out speech you always get;in addition to deflect the attention off his pick, he will recap his record over the last 20 years on 5*'s.

                    Savage

Hey Savvy - Moments after NC 5* was released the line went from Denver -3 -110 to Denver -3 + 105 in about 3-4 casinos of the many I get in Don Best Premium Odds. ( Cris was one of them )

It seemed like some very sharp money faded his play right after it was given out at 11:05 this morning.

The odds did not behave like any other 5* play in the past.

Just wanted to let you know that.

                    Talk with you soon.

                    Take care,

                    -cb

                            line movement

the casinos are not stupid.they know what time phil puts his play out.phil had hit eleven g.o.y.s. in a row till this year-most of them blow-out winners.i would move my line 3 or 4 points too. hes having a terrible run in football yet look at the k. city line movement in the pros this week.as long as lots of squares continue to bet phils games-you will continue to look at huge line moves-thats all there is too it pure and simple and as long as the squares are betting the books will continue to slay them-avoid betting on those games or try for middle shots on them!!-the nutt-like you said savage the guys a master salesman,
DON'T YOU EAT THE YELLOW SNOW !! PS-MARVIN LOVES SPLIT SALAD !!
