VIRGINIA TECH over Miami-Fl at Miami - The 10th-ranked Hokies (9-2, 6-1 ACC) travel to the Orange Bowl, to face the Huricanes (8-2, 5-2 ACC), for the league title and the automatic BCS invite. Tech is on a 7-1 winning run, with quarterback Randall and the passing game averaging 180.7 ypg, along with the rushing attack, featuring Mike Imoh, that is producing 190.2 ypg. The defense is again among the best, allowing just 12.8 ppg and 272.3 ypg. Miami is led by the improved play of QB Brock Berlin, but the offense has also proven to be inconsistenet at crucial times this season. With the 'Canes defense allowing and average of 323.4 ypg, this team is vulnerable here,
versus this quality opponent. We take the points, in a game where the outright win by coach Beamer's club, would be no surprisre.
