Today we like Atlanta -3 against New York Giants. The Falcons continue to skate through the NFC with a 7-2 record and when the playoffs come, someone will finally notice. They are good on defense and Vick has the offense doing enough to win their ball games. They are 2-0 ATS over the past three seasons against the Giants, are 3-0 ATS at New York since 1992, and this is the time that they generally come to life. Atlanta is 5-1 ATS on the road between Weeks 10 and 13, while the Giants often time fade now with a 1-7 ATS mark in Weeks 10-13. Eli Manning will get his first start today and the active Falcon defense will make it a miserable one. By switching QB's now, the Giants are basically committed to staying with Eli the rest of the season, but when the Giants offense has no production today they will wish they did not make the move. The Giants are 5-9 ATS as a home dog of three or less points in their last fourteen such games, and today will be another example that it will be a few years of rebuilding before they are ready to compete.
