Seventh-ranked Michigan hopes to clinch a second straight outright Big Ten Conference title and Rose Bowl berth Saturday when it visits Ohio State. However, in order to do so they must face their old arch nemesis The Ohio State! You would think Michigan would be the obivious choice here in this situation based off the fact they have won 8 straight games and 13 straight league games.
Ohio State would like nothing better than to spoil the season of Michigan knock them off their high horse this afternoon. The line opened at -3.5 and jumped to -5.5 but I really believe the initial line jump is off. I love Ohio State in this situation at home against this Michigan squad. The Buckeyes have covered 4 of past 6 in this series, and Ohi state has been a home dog just once since '94.
OSU has lost just once at home this year, that coming to Wisconsin, and is 19-1 SU in its L20 games here. Michigan meanwhile has struggled as a road favorite and against upper level teams: MICHIGAN is 6-16 ATS (-11.6 Units) when playing against a good team (Win Pct. 60% to 75%) since 1992.
