Today we like Navy -8 1/2 against Vanderbilt. The Midshipmen are 3-0, that coming off of a decent 8-5 record in '03. They are returning 15 starters and they have not missed a beat, in fact they are better. Their defense that ranked 34th a year ago, has given up 12 points per game including a shut out of Tulsa last week. They beat Vandy 37-27 last season in Vandy and the Commodores are not even that good. The triple option attack has racked up 28 points per game this season so far and they may get even more against Vandy. Vandy was 2-10 last season and was 0-5 on the road last season. The Commys are 13-22 ATS coming off of a conference loss and we feel they will have their troubles matching up with Navy here.
