depends what he is going to give you for $199. if he is telling you to pay him that for a month and then you'll see kinda thing don't waste your time. standard service trick..he'll then ask for 20% of your winnings or something ridiculous like that.

at the same time though we have a free service plays section here so i don't know why you would wanna pay someone in the first place but good luck whatever you decide

exactly. and remember this way you can track their records personally since half of them lie through their asses about them in the first place.

Tony Salinas is a definite handicapper based out of Las Vegas. He is also one of the consistent sharp bettors in the sports books, in terms of betting multiple dimes straight across the board with his plays.

He has been known to use runners to help him bet his games, mainly at the local joints, like Gold Coast, Orleans, Palms, Barbary Coast, Palace Station.

He tends to have decent information on games, and definitely goes on hot streaks like the one he is claiming to be on. He knows the business and has been doing this for quite some time.

There is a JUNIOR and a SENIOR Salinas, with the younger one being more involved with several strip clubs. They also have phone rooms and sports services in Vegas, and definitely run typical phone-room style operations.

              Hope this helps.

No matter how good he is, 1) many of the folks who post here are just as good and 2) I frown on any service which sends repeated advertising on trying to entice customers to join.
Class and really good services don't use overkill to sell themselves.

                  Tony Salinas

I have dealt with Tony S. and have met him several times, as for as him picking winners, he use to be pretty good, but when he paid me money he owed me by check ($5000.00) it bounced all over the place and I still have not been able to collect. I visit Las Vegas quite often and only go to the Stardust Sports book, Tonys name is not well mentioned with locals there.

Your right, he is from Texas, but has been living in Vegas and running his business there for the past 20 something years.
He used to teach school in San Antonio, TX, and was once a well known bookie here.

I know he stole one of my system articles in 1989 and reprinted it in a [then] top selling handicapping magazine.

My System was called "Hot Offense" and was part of my 1986 Publication "Reasons for Winning".

Tony re-printed it in 1989 under the title "Fireworks System" without changing any of the wording or terminology and took full credit.

I called the publisher and he said Tony was notorious for that. That's all I know about Tony Salinas.

All in all he sounds like a guy to stay away from unlike you like to give away your money to any tout who promises big things.
