A 3-1 overall day in my service plays as I won both MLB plays, but split my CFB plays. I won with Atlanta over Florida, Boston/ Yanks UNDER and Boston College/ Uconn UNDER. I lost with the UConn Huskies +7.5 over Boston College. I won my free play also as Anaheim knocked off Texas. I feel very good heading in top the 3rd Saturday of college and I feel I have a very strong card on tap for today.

South Carolina -13 over South Florida:The Gamecocks will be fired up and angry for this game after they let a golden opportunity to gain a win vs a top 5 team slip through their feathers last week. Carolina led Georgia 16-0 at the half but couldn’t score in the 2nd half and lost 20-16. The Carolina offense looked very good in the opener vs a decent Vanderbilt defense as they racked up 236 yards on the ground, but last could only put up 73 yards rushing vs the Bulldogs defense last week. The Gamecock defense has been tough, allowing just 13 ppg, while getter 2 Tds off Ints in 2 games. The Bull’s offense had problems in their opener vs 1AA Tennessee Tech, as they put up just 14 points and 278 yards, and will really struggle vs the tough defense of the Gamecocks. This should be a low scoring game, but Pinkins and the rest of the Carolina offense should put up enough points to get the cover in this on.
UAB +23 over Florida State: It's clear that the FSU stop unit is light years ahead of the offense even though the offense returns 9 starters, while the defense brought back just 4. FSU put up just 165 yards last week vs an inexperienced Miami defense that brought back just 4 starters of it's own. Now Rix and company must face a tough agressive UAB defense that has 10 starters and two weeks to prepare for this game. FSU is in a real sandwhich game thanks to Hurricane Francis, as they are off the Miami game and have a big revenge contest vs Clemson on deck. Some key trends favor UAB in this one as the 'Noles are just 1-8 ATS as favs of 14 or more vs non-conf opp, while UAB is 13-3 ATS as dogs of 9.5 or more. I can't see FSU being that focused for this game and that will allow a very underrated Blazers squad to stay within the big number.
