I have a decent history of narrowing down Phil's plays by reviewing his lines in both powersweep and powerplay comparing the ratings etc.

FWIW
The strongest candidates are

105) Illinois -8 1/2 Questionable > TD home favorite
127) Kansas +3 Doubtful not enough spread differential
143) Wisconsin -11 Doubtful because a DD away Favorite
156) Texas A & M +1 Home Dog strong possibility
181) Minnesota -3 1/2 Small enough road favorite that he might go for it - big spread differential (11 points)
186) UNLV -6 Doubtful not enough spread differential
188) Ariz St -1 Home Team spread differential 7 and he believes Iowa is overated this year

So my guess Texas A & M
