Last night I swept my 3 MLB service plays and won my free play for a perfect 4-0 evening. San Diego/ Los Angeles OVER 8.5, Boston -1.5 over Tampa Bay, and Texas Oakland OVER 8.5 were my service play winners, while Atlanta over the Mets was my free play winner. I have now gone 6-1 in MLB service plays and 3-0 in my free plays the last 3 days.

Colorado/ Arizona UNDER 10: Both starting pitchers in this matchup are struggling right now, but I look for a lower scoring game than you would think, thanks to the fact that neither team is hitting lefties good this year. The Rockies come into this game hitting left-handers at just .217 on the road and they are scoring just 4.2 rpg on the road overall, plus the UNDER has played out in 25 of the Rockies' 38 games vs lefties this year. The D-Backs have hit lefties at a .253 clip at home, while scoring just 3.5 rpg overall vs southpaws this year. The D-Backs have been in a hitting slump overall as they have just a .218 BA in their last 10 games with the UNDER going 3-7 in those games. One more note is that the UNDER has played out in 7 of the last 8 between these two teams. Wrap it all up and you have a lower scoring game than would be expected with 2 struggling hurlers on the mound.
Free Saturday CFB Play
UAB +23 over Florida State: It's clear that the FSU stop unit is light years ahead of the offense even though the offense returns 9 starters, while the defense brought back just 4. FSU put up just 165 yards last week vs an inexperienced Miami defense that brought back just 4 starters of it's own. Now Rix and company must face a tough agressive UAB defense that has 10 starters and two weeks to prepare for this game. FSU is in a real sandwhich game thanks to Hurricane Francis, as they are off the Miami game and have a big revenge contest vs Clemson on deck. Some key trends favor UAB in this one as the 'Noles are just 1-8 ATS as favs of 14 or more vs non-conf opp, while UAB is 13-3 ATS as dogs of 9.5 or more. I can't see FSU being that focused for this game and that will allow a very underrated Blazers squad to stay within the big number.
