PHILADELPHIA (Floyd) -$130 over CINCINNATI (Wilson) Phillies' youngster Gavin Floyd (1-0, 1.64 ERA, 12 innings) has impressed in his short tenure in the "Show" and should have little trouble with the Reds who have lost eight of their last eleven games with a team ERA over nine runs. Paul Wilson was 9-3 with a 3.66 ERA before the All-Star break, but he's 0-4 since with a 7.92 ERA and a .317 BAA and his ERA is over 10 RPG in August and September. The Phillies (9-2, +$885, averaging 6 RPG) are hot.
