He is posting FREE picks here...

Since he is posting free picks, what exactly is the issue? Whether he did this himself or not, by my calculation he is up 86 units on his FREE picks for CFL since I've been following, so he should just post here. He hasn't been directly soliciting anything in his posts, unlike a lot of the other messages I see. I don't see the solicitors getting chased off.

RULES ARE THE SAME FOR EVERY SERVICE PERIOD. WE JUST BANNED SPORTS-PLAYS FOR NOT FOLLOWING RULES AND IT'S THAT SIMPLE!

The point is, from my perspective, I have never seen this guy post a link to his site, never seen him even hint that we should check him out somehow, nothing. He just posts his free picks and we collect money. Other "services" post one free pick and spend 10 more paragraphs blasting their website and telling us how great they are.

Other services never posted links either but they still followed the rules. Is it that hard to click on another forum to get them? You will see it all go down when he starts charging anyway. If you don't like the rules here take it up with Monte, otherwise stop stroking sp and understand the rules!

I checked the last 25 posts...we have solicitations from topcappers (twice), sportwizards, lucky leprechaun, bluesters, and finally, ERAC932 (who didn't bother posting his free pick).

And SP gets hammered????

I think the main issue is that if a service posts with no links, no e-mails etc. in the main forum and does well they will draw a following. Then what can happen is that they start trying to ask for money for their plays. If this happens then others start trying to do the same in the all sports discussion section. That's why I created this section. I don't see how its a problem if SP posts down here.

No problem with SP posting as I might play his selection myself tonight. The issue is if you sell plays you need to be in this section of the site even if you're not solicitating plays for cash.
