Pro Football Hall of Fame Game (Canton, Ohio)

    3* DENVER (+2) over Washington 3*
Denver has owned early pre-season football since 1980. Denver holds a 21-8 record in early and week one games and most recently are 20-3. Washington will be playing with a lot of young guys in this one giving them all a chance to prove themselves. The Redskins are also playing five preseason games for the first time since 2002, the year Steve Spurrier took over as coach. Washington hammered the San Francisco 49ers in the Hall of Fame game that year 38-7, but the club went on to a disappointing 2-3 ATS preseason record. Washington holds a 13-14 record in early/week one games and are 1-3 most recently. We will take Denver in this one.

          10* Pre-Season GOY 10*
          WASHINTON (-3.5) over Carolina
teams playing their 2nd pre-season game versus those playing their 1st game hold a neat 53-32 ATS edge since 1983 - Including 42-18 ATS if they are favored by less than four points. Revenge from both a 20-0 pre-season blanking and a 20-17 regular loss last year cements here. Make no mistake about it, this is it.

          4* Steelers +3
          4* Jacksonville +1
          4* Cardinals +5
