    FLA MARLINS VISIT MONTREAL EXPOS

    SATURDAY JULY 24TH 7:05 EST

Tonight we have an encounter between two NL East teams. Marlins are battling for the first spot,
and are two games out of first at the time of this writing, while the Expos are in dead last and
sixteen games behind the leaders. The "FISH" will send veteran but young Donte Willis out to
oppose little known Rocky Biddle for the 'Spos". Everyone talks about the deceptive nature of
Donte's wind-up, but Willis' raw stuff is pretty special. His fastball goes in the 93-96 mile per
hour range, and his sweeping slider can hand cup right hand batters, though it has flattened out of
late. Donte still lacks complete confidence in his changeup, but dominates left hand batters who
don't seem to pick up the ball till it is already on top of them.

Little known Rocky Biddle is 1-4 with a 6.70 ERA and opponents have hit at a .294 batting clip
against him. Biddle has been a closer for most of his career and has only "two" starts to his
credit this season. In his best outing he went "5" innings against the up and down streaky Pirates
and only gave up two hits. Beyond that he has registered a 7+ ERA as a starter. Your expert
analyst from RED ZONE SPORTS see this as a true mismatch, since Willis has been 4-0 with a 3.64 ERA
while pitching on the road. This is a Marlin team that knows it must begin to string together some
victories to become a serious contender in a division that seemingly has "nobody" that wants to be
the champ. Those who follow us know we seldom go with the favorite, but tonight we love the
"FISH" and say take the Marlins to get to Biddle early and often. Florida Marlins win Saturday!

KANSAS CITY ROYALS @ CLEVELAND INDIANS

    JULY 24TH @ 7:05 PM EST

Here we have the Indians currently in third in the AL Central against the last place Royals who are
fifteen games out at the time of this writing. We have a Royals team who is 12-30 on the road and
starting possibly their worst pitcher. Brian Anderson is 1-9 with a 7.12 ERA and has recorded more
walks than strikeouts. Brian has a ballooned 1.91 WHIP and has been battered for a .358 batting
average by opposing squads. He has a low 90’s fastball, but has not been able to throw his cutter
for strikes. At one time he had outstanding control, but that no longer exists indicative by his
more walks than strikeouts. Even more suspicious is that he hasn’t gone beyond the 5th inning this
year and has only got there once. Most of his appearances have ended in the 3rd or 4th inning and
with little success. Lastly Anderson has a 1-3 road record and a 7.25 ERA.

The Indians are in third place in the AL Central and only four games out of the top spot. They
will send up and comer Kazuhito Tadano to the mound with a record of 1-0. He was recently brought
up from AAA Buffalo where he was 3-0 with a 1.06 ERA in his last three outings. In his two starts
with the Tribe he has only nine walks against thirty three strikeouts and nice WHIP of 1.34. Kaz
went a strong six innings against the Angels on July 19th giving up only six hits and two runs
recording his one win. Tadano is a rising star with a bright future, and has three types of
delivery to the plate with a strong overhand, three quarter and occasional sidearm pitch. Kazuhito
is especially tough on right hand batters and at a young twenty four years of age is expected to be
a strong force in the future.

Your boys from OFFSHORE SPORTS love the Tribe on Saturday and say take Cleveland to bang Anderson
and win behind a solid if not flashy performance by Tadano. Cleveland wins!!
