consensus service, please help

Has anyone ever heard of JRW CONSENSUS. I had it doring football season for a couple of weeks. He gets the best services out there. He has Tom Law and a service named blackie. Has anyone heard of blackie. JRW, charges 1500- 2000 dollars for a football season. Can anyone help me.
