haz, sorry to hear that. like i said before in another thread...were all not like that.i am one that busts my ass for my clients..win or lose.theres days im on my computer all day especially days like saturdays. i got home tonite around 3:15 pm and have still been on my computer. and its not about posting..or just checking out different site..but i am one to look at different angles as to why..a certain team won or lost..or why did a big dog win outright. alot of this takes time...i dont know the whole story of east coast ot ty gaston..normaly away during the week...but truly hope noone out there got hurt

I actually followed him on other boards. Stand up guy. Haz I agree most touts are scum but you can't catorgorize everyone. Did I buy his picks? No. Cause if he wins tonight he'll probably lose tomorrow. and the people who lose tonight will probably win tomorrow. What I'm saying is no one really wins. I'm sick of the services contests and also the contests of free cappers versus services. All everyone is proving is that nobody wins. But I'm getting sick of the service bashing that was deserved cause Gaston and EC did some bull shit. I just think it got out of hand. But we are all gamblers. Who are we to judge about moral issues LOL? I been doing this for years and I still lie to myself every day thinking today is the day that starts a career in gambling. Meanwhile knowing we hurt ourselves and others around us. My wife couldn't take it no more 4 years ago. Cause I spent all my time (still do) in sports and gambling. Point is we can't throw rocks if we all live in glass houses. I don't buy service plays cause I've been around the blocks to much. But I still get as many service plays as possible for free. A lot of them use systems. When one service gets hot, you ride them and when the system goes south you fade him. Or just follow others that get hot. Same with cappers. Ride them high and drop them low. But, I'll agree with you that I've heard the same song that every service says they bust their asses. No one in gambling busts their ass. That's why people gamble and play the lottery, to make money without hard lablor. That's the attraction to it. The ones who truly bust their asses off doing this are the ones who treat it as a job. But, that's when it becomes boring and besides we play the lottery so we don't have to work. Lem Banker in the 80's was a gambling genius. The guy was a legend. He busted his ass off and spent a shit load of money to actually get scouts for teams he was looking at. No one will believe me, cause Lem Banker is absolutely terrible now, but this guy would win every single year. His name became so popular and the asshole took advabtage of it by becoming a sports service tout. Once he became a service he knew people would buy his plays just because of his name and he never worked hard for picks no more. It's so obvious this ass doesn't care if his followers win or not cause he is terrible now. He went from a legend to a clown. But, he knows even today people will buy his picks cause he's Lem Banker. If you watch the Movie casino you'll see what I'm talking about. Robert Deniro's character in real life is Frank Rosenthal. It's very true that Sam was so good at picking games that many casinos wouldn't take his action. If you watch the movie you'd hear what his tactics were. He would get scouts, talk to scouts and in basketball he'd even get people to go to the gyms and see how the ball bounces there. He would see how the grass would be cut on football fields. Today I follow his plays and he cannot hit the side of a barn. That doesn't sound fun to me. and I don't anyone busts their asses off like they used to.

Sorry to hear about the wife! I have a real job and like most wasn't taught about money management when I was young. Was taught that the only way to get ahead in life was to work hard! What i have accumulated today came from sweat equity! The concept of letting money work for me instead of working to make money didnt reach home till i was almost 50. Shit, if i only new then what i know now! Anyway, Lem Banker was a legend and i remember him saying never bet on a baseball favorite of 130 or 140. He still shows up from time to time on a Las Vegas radio station. Agree with you 100% that the work ethic goes out the door once you've made a name for yourself. Phil Steele is also a prime example. Thats what keeps people coming back to bettors chat. Many of the ones here who share their opinions for free and help others. Wiz, knock,Gv,wayne, M/M are just a few who actually win @ what their doing. I follow like u to try and cut my losses and sometimes even manage to win during the whole season @ one sport. I thank you for your comments and opinions someone once said their like assholes we all have one! Please understand that many come here looking for help that haven't had the service experience that you've had and need to beware of those selling their services! GL to you !! hc

I think that most touts were good at one point, look at jim feist and his people. They all have won this contest or that contest, including the Las Vegas Hilton contest, which isn't easy to win. They might still have a winning percentage over 50, but with their crazy lies and crazy money management they will make you broke in a sec.
