  • I have used TY GASTON's service...

and he is an absolute fraud. I've kind of been hanging back to see if anyone was going to say anything. I'm honestly not sure if he even has any clients. He is obviously full of shit as everyone can now see. I was shocked that he even did this contest, all it could do is expose his BS.
I gamble a lot and when I stumbled across his site, I was skeptical, but open to listen. I am always looking for good cappers to tail and If he could really hit at his claimed record, it would be worth paying for picks. I only gave him $3000, no big deal, and he was going to earn that rest by winning with his CZ's and I would pay him a percentage of each win over my initial payment. It took me a long time to get him to do this, but finally he gave in and agreed b/c I figured if he was as good as he said, he would have no problem getting the rest. After 2 months of NBA and college b-ball, where he was claiming to hit over 80%, we went 20-15, and that was only after he hit 6 in a row. Then at 20-15, which isn't bad, but obviously not anywhere close to 80%, he said I had to give him more money, even though he hadn't made me a dime. We were now at even (counting the juice).
The thing that got me the most was him asking for more money when our deal was supposed to run through the ncaa tourney and nba hoops. Then he wanted more money for ncaa tourney. Also, my record was not increasing at the same rate as his record on the site was. He was claiming to have won games that he wasn't winning. He is both a liar and a fraud, trust me. I lost almost as many NBA games in the two month period as he had claimed to have lost the entire season. Then when i told him I wasn't going to pay him anymore b/c he was breaking the deal, he flipped out and acted like a child and starting writing me his retarded emails, saying how great he is and how nobody can win without him and his scouts, who probably actually just sit in his office and suck him off.
20-15, though a winning record over that period of time, is nothing special and had two streaks of 6 losses in a row, so it was very difficult to bet during losing streaks like that, b/c you never know if you're going to hit the winning streak. I tried to keep this without too much bashing for ty b/c I want people to know the truth about that fat piece of shit. He is a loser and has to live with himself being a spineless scammer. 6'8 or not, if I'm in vegas and see his fat ass (probably lives in mexico anyways), I will let him know that he is a douchbag and we'll then see how tough he is. Hope this helps everyone out on the ty debate a bit.
    Later, Z

    Z-MAN.......

    Z-Man,

Sorry to hear Ty Gasbag took you for 3 dimes.
The sad part is ...some newbies will fall for his outrageous
claims....They probably won't smell the coffee until they have given Ty The Clown 10 dimes for nothing but promises.

It's too bad sports gambling is full of charlatans and parasites
    who scam the unsuspecting.
It's not a lesson that's inexpensive to learn....
Until you learn to cap your own games...
    BEWARE !!!!

Z...Thanks for confirming that which everyone knew to be true.

    The Best To You,
    FB:tongue:

i had a similar experience with dan the prick wilson. and i've seen services lie right on their site about their records so that line they use about " if i lied about my record my clients would lose confidence in me" is all BS.

NSA/VSI are exactly the same. a guy i know bought their plays for a month, went 15-15 and they claimed they went 23-7. just a bunch of scumbags

        Z-man,

That is a good start. If you recall details, please add them..such as names, how you sent money, anything that bolsters your experience. From the details you gave, I could say I had a similar experience with Jack Price.

So if you would, share more details. I know many want insight to this guy.

        Thanks!

ps.. Big Red will respond to your claim so get the details if any up real quick!

Not related to Ty but still interesting

The federal criminal case against five Lee County men accused of operating illegal sports betting companies that promised big wins from insider tips has tentatively been set for trial in July.

Called the largest gambling ring in Lee County history, the men are charged with conspiracy to transmit wagering information by interstate and foreign wire and to operate an illegal gambling enterprise. They are accused of soliciting and receiving money for gambling advice, referring clients to specific offshore gambling casinos in the West Antilles and Costa Rica and receiving referral fees back from these casinos.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says the five operated Player's **** Inc., National Sports Consultants Inc. and Nationwide Sports Inc., among other sports betting companies.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge John E. Steele tentatively scheduled their trials for sometime in July. Some of their attorneys said they might try to negotiate plea deals with the U.S. Attorney's Office instead of going to trial. Steele continued the cases to a June 21 status conference.

"I'm not certain if we'll be reaching a settlement with the government or going to trial," said Carl Lida, an attorney for Jai Pasquale, 28, of Fort Myers. "We're still getting discovery (information)."

The U.S. Attorney's Office sent him additional information Monday before the hearing, he added.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Barclift said because the men were indicted by a grand jury in April, he expected their lawyers to seek to have the trials delayed to give them more time to prepare their case.

James Felman, an attorney for Estero resident John J. Rodney Jr., 41, said "I don't expect a trial," but he wanted a delay until July to work on his client's defense.

Each defendant faces a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted as charged.

The other defendants are Robert E. Robitzek, 40, Gerard H. Hendel, 42, and Salvatore J. Salerno, 32, all of Fort Myers.

A Lee County sheriff's corporal became suspicious of possible illegal activity when he responded, along with local firefighters, to a fire alarm call on Dec. 15, 2002, at the World Plaza shopping center in south Fort Myers. After a 17-month investigation between local and federal investigators, the men were arrested and charged.

Three more defendants are expected to appear in court .

Joseph A. DiLorenzo, 43, of Estero and William J. Gebig, 32, of Estero, are scheduled to change their pleas from innocent to guilty. Daniel Thomas Biancullo, 41, of Fort Myers, will appear for arraignment.

Anthony Lee Miller, Jr., 37, of North Fort Myers, is scheduled to change his plea from innocent to guilty on May 26.

The men offered expertise in sports betting to residents through the Web site danthemanwilson. com and nationalsportsconsultants. com, a syndicated radio talk show and telephone solicitation, according to the federal indictment. They referred bettors to the offshore casinos Fair Deal Sports and Five Card Charlie in West Antilles and *** Global in Costa Rica, which in turn provided the men with access to clients' information and account balances, the indictment says.

They said they could provide inside information on the outcome of sporting events, according to the indictment.

More than $8 million in cash and items were seized by investigators. These include a Lamborghini, a Dodge Viper and sports memorabilia such as an autographed photo of Walter Payton, a Nolan Ryan framed jersey, a Ty Cobb framed photograph, a Mickey Mantle framed photograph, and an O.J. Simpson Buffalo Bills football helmet.

            Naples Fla. News.

Not sure if this quote makes total sense but you get the point

"We guarantee you are going to win because we have inside information, which in and of itself was legal. It's illegal to say you are an expert or have inside information when you don't," said Captain Mike Johnston of the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

Moral of the story, if your a sports service it is illegal to accpet kickbacks from Sportsbook affilitate programs on refered players. Also if you are a fraud you may have the Feds at your door someday. In this case the dollars were huge and the lies were big but this should serve notice to all the old schoolers and scammers out there.

Not to take sides in this, but one has to be pretty dumb to pay someone who promise your riches based on "inside" information on sporting events.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I think case will be made against the actvities related to the "gambling and collusion aspect(if that is the right choice of words) rather than"inside information" claims , as it is the gambling aspect which is illegal(except in Nevada) and NOT whether anyone really has any inside information or not on games(how can a court case revolve around one's ability to have inside information and pick winners when sports betting itself is illegal?).

Savage, you've never heard these guys? They come on the RADIO every Monday claiming to have the INFO on the game. Reason being Monday since thats when most gamblers are down and will tend to chase and will look for any alternative to get back to EVEN......no right person in their mind will pay for a service when they are up..........people get desperate when they are down and Monday is the best chance to catch a desperate person

Pimp- I know of the guys, believe me.
Question" Would YOU believe a claim like these guys made?
Obviously the guys who did it are dirtbags, but it doesn't say much for anyone whou would beleive it either.
The second part of my post is more relenat and thought provoking I think, i.e will the charges be against the gambling/collusion aspect of it(thats what I think).
I can't imagine a judge asking any of the defendants what "inside information" they had to allow them to pick winners when gambling of this sort is illegal to start with;that is my only point.

Taking a kickback on players losses from a offshore book is illegal if you operate in the States. I know this for a fact and have actually talked to a top legal gaming consultant about this very subject. I was getting offers every week from books and wanted to know the legal issues of advertising for a book. The services that do this are either operating offshore, transferring money in a way that is very difficult to trace or the amounts are to small for the feds to worry about.

What these guys did was guarantee winners, advise players to deposit with a book (some which sent very large numbers over time) and then took kickbacks on those losses.

Buzz-the it reverts back to what I said;the judge I don't think gives too hoots about the "inside info" angle as sports betting as stated is illegal(except in Nevada);it is the kickback issue which is at issue.
For that matter offshores operate within the gray area of the law, but that is a different matter.

                              details...

I should have known better b/c if something sounds too good to be true, it usaully is, but I'm always looking to make more money (the greedy aspect of gambling).
I sent him $3000 using western union to ben fraga (pretty sure that was the name). Either way, he is cool until you start taking his picks and he starts losing, then he starts acting like he's is gods gift to sports gambling, and he wasn't even winning. He's a prick and thinks he's hot shit. Notice he hasn't replied to this thread b/c he can't deny the truth. I'm sure he'll use his typical lines, I've heard them all. "Only top plays go to paying clients." He uses the same excuse time and time again. I asked him to give me a week of picks just so I could get a feel and obviously he wouldn't. If was even remotely legit, he would have nothing to lose by giving his top plays for a week. If he went a week and hit 80%, he would pick up a hundred clients. He gives this bullshit about how he only wants to recoupe the money that he pays to his scouts, it is such a load of crap. Who wouldn't want more clients? He claimed to put a limit on his ncaa tourney package. Who would do that, it was a marketing stunt to try and get more people to sign up quicker. He was telling me to hurry up and sign up before it filled up. Thats when I really realized he was full of shit, b/c nobody would put a cap on making money. That is the most stupid thing I have ever heard. He doesn't have any clients. I think that's why he claims to win, then when he gets a client, he won't post any wins on his sight for a while b/c they're losing. He miraculously picked up 15 wins in ncaa b-ball when I hadn't received any of them, then when I called him out on it he stumbled around like an idiot. He once posted a code zebra win that he hadn't given me, then when I asked him about it he said that he had given it to me and I wasn't listening to him when he gave the picks. He's a loser, period. Finally I realized this and just quit listening to him and got out. It's hard b/c I know people get down and want to find an easy way out, and he acts and talks like he is the answer. INstead, he screws you more, like most services. Luckily, I was few games up and pretty much broke even, but the thing that pisses me off the most was the lies. He blatently lies and acts like he is such hot shit.
I just want people to realize he is a fraud and not to lose their hard earned money to this piece of shit. Hope this helps out, Thanks, Z
