The Expos bats are finally starting to come around and should get a boost against Milwaukee on Wednesday night with Wes Obermueller on the mound. Obermueller has been just bad this season with an ERA over 8 – allowing 27 runs in 28 innings. The Brewers are just (2-5) in games he starts.
Montreal’s pitcher, Zack Day has quietly had a strong season and but for a lack of run support, he would have a much better record. The Expos have scored only 10 runs in Day’s six starts this year. Look for that to change tonight against Obermueller. Go with the Expos here.
