Two teams with very similar records match up in this Horizon League contest. The Phoenix of Wisconsin-Green Bay are 0-8 on the road, losing by an averaging of 13 ppg. Youngstown St. is 5-3 at home, losing a tough 2-point game to a very solid Illinois Chicago team in their last game on Saturday. The defense has been the problem for the Phoenix as they are allowing nearly 75 ppg this season while allowing close to 49% shooting away from home. The Penguins aren’t the best shooting team but are certainly improving. Their last 5 games has shown 6% improvement behind the arc (34%-40%) and 4% improvement from the ever important free throw line (68%-72%). The Phoenix are 4-11 ATS overall including 1-5 ATS on the road and are in the midst of a 2-8 ATS run. Youngstown St. is 8-3 ATS overall with a 5-2 ATS mark at home. The Penguins were 1-point underdogs to Wisconsin-Green Bay at home a year ago and won by 14. Although the double-digit win might not happen, a comfortable win should.
