As we all know, Great Lakes Sports is a very fine service.
However today anyone who played their games was "treated" to an 0-8 day with 29 units lost and figuratively "drowned" in the "lake."
The picks as posted up here were:
5* GOM Bulls-loser
4* Milwaukee- loser
3* No Hornets-loser
4* Kansas State-loser
4* Mississippi-loser
3* Ok State-loser
3* Marshall-loser
3* Wyoming-loser
What compounded problem is that on Northcoast Comp. Line, which I call every day, Mr Steele spent most of the the 5 minute tape saying how hot this service is(which they were prior to today), saying GL was on one of those patented hot streaks, which sometimes lasts for three weeks and almost giving anyone who called that there was no way they could lose.
Unfortunately when the streaks to which Mr. Steele ends, sometimes they don't end with a whimper like in this case a 4-4 day or 3-5 day;they end with a thud.
Morale of story is if you go with a service which has been hot, and you have NOT been with them up until the day you decide to play, be careful, as there is such a thing as a law of averages.
