This is the first of three flippers we have for you in college football. N. C State was released at +2 and after spending time in the oven, the Wolf Pack is now a two-point road favorite at Syracuse. The Orange are always tempting as home underdog or dog in general (8-2 ATS), however, N.C.*State*is 8-2 ATS as road favorite.*Update*- There has been zero*movement*on this ACC encounter. N.C State can throw, but because they are 103rd nationally running the pigskin. Syracuse can rush the passer and has a more diverse offense and they win this one at home.

The Army needs just one more victory to be bowl eligible. After struggling with Miami-O last week in a 31-30 win as 6.5-point home favorites, the Black Knights were made +2 point road underdogs vs. Eastern Michigan. As the week moved along, Army was shifted to a Pick against an Eagles squad that is 4-4 and 6-2 ATS. Army has won the last three meetings, covering twice and because they have the No.2 rushing offense going against the Eagles 112th run defense, let's back Knights of the Hudson.

Utah State did not play their best at Wyoming and was held to 24 points by a quality Cowboys defense, but won a non-covered contest. New Mexico lost their starting quarterback a month ago and has not been scoring as much, especially versus better competition. The Aggies were sent out at -23.5 and have been lowered to -20.5. The Lobos are 12-4 ATS in road games after losing two out of their last three.*Update*- One more tick downwards with the line sitting -20 for Utah State. I will agree with sportsbooks lower number and say the Aggies win 38-20.
