For line moves, they will be coming up more frequently with football games as we move along here in August. Today the NFLX opener and CFL action, along with two MLB ballgames. MLB – (955) MILWAUKEE at (956) L.A. DODGERS 7:05 ET FSWI, SNLA
Another elite hurler has been elevated on the totals side in the National League. Clayton Kershaw (4-5, 2.52) will face Milwaukee's Jhoulys Chacin (10-3, 3.45) and the total has been pumped up from 7 to 7.5. Kershaw is returning to his domineering self and Chacin has a 1.80 ERA in his past three starts. With the early 6:00 Pacific start, much of the game will be played in light that will make it hard for batters to pick up the spin on pitches, which makes the UNDER the correct choice.

NFLX – (241) CHICAGO vs. (242) BALTIMORE 8:00 ET NBC
The two most difficult aspects about making picks for the NFL preseason are Week 4 and the Hall of Fame game. Anxious football bettors have moved Baltimore from -1.5 to -2.5. With that in mind, I will grab a hold of the one feature that to me makes the most sense, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh. Now in his 11th season, Harbaugh coaches the preseason like a rookie coach. He has a belief that all winning matters. Though he does not play his regulars more than anyone else, he teaches the non-starters that winning is part of the Baltimore organization culture and giving your best, no matter the circumstance, matters. That is why his team's are 27-13 ATS during NFLX action and they have rattled off six straight covers in Game 1. Despite the betting trend, sharp action is on Chicago and this spread could come down.
