Here’s my 2 cents, I hope this doesn't suck, but if it does, it’s Jordy Nelson’s fault… 35 yards, C’mon man!
Solid read last night on Detroit, winning 2 straight days is a silver lining on a rough down week overall… That ridiculous last-minute GB drive screwed my Under 42 Free Play with the “Untimed Down” from the 1-yard line. But I still feel vindicated that the LEAN was on the money, just not rewarded… Had Aces in the hole, and the Donk sucked out on the river. Hence the free lean.
I remain steadfast with my process and the breaks will even out. Looking forward to a good week. I already see a few games before the weekend that look interesting. Starting tonight with a Premium 100 Play… With that said… Let’s look at the MACtion Tuesday edition.
Akron Zips @ Miami RedHawks, Yager Stadium, Oxford, OH 7:30pm (ESPN2)
Miami-OH can play a little, if QB Gus Ragland is ready and healthy that makes them even better. However, the offense hasn’t really been a problem. They hung with Ohio last week and it looked like they may steal a win.
RedHawks have lost to Kent and Bowling Green… C’mon, you can’t lose those games and be taken seriously, yet wins over Buffalo and CMU were decent, but a combined 4-6 conference record between (BUF & CMU) doesn’t necessarily translate into great victories… and Ragland played in CMU and BG games before his injury.
Akron isn’t anything special, but they are 4-1 in conference and keep the chains moving some how. With little pass rush from Miami-OH I dont see how they will be even a little disruptive.
The line has now jumped to Mia-Oh -9. Covers says that Ragland is doubt, Scores & Odds say questionable, so I am not sure what is pushing that line. Even with Ragland, I think Zips can win this game, so I can recommend taking the points… but something or someone is banging the RedHawks... I dont buy it.
