If it was $100 or $200 to sign up and he gives $50 back what is that? If it cost anything over $50 then it was still a "profitable" "loss for TIPSTER and a pay twice for anyone that got the play. When he used to have a website i looked and NOTHING was that cheap. You services will always stick together i guess and if it was less than $50 to sign up then get a member (not a newbie) to post and say so and i'll promote him for his good business tactics. Until then I'm not buying that he didn't still make money. I wasn't going to say anything until another "Service" stuck up for him.
