Temple vs Xavier
PLAY ON: Xavier +3.5
Temple stays on the road after a tough loss at Kansas to take on an Xavier team that returns home after two tough road losses themselves, against Tennessee and Wake Forest. Over the past five games, Xavier has been outplaying the Owls on both sides of the floor, and that is why I like them here. THey are shooting 40% from the floor versus only 38% for Temple. Neither is shooting the three very well. The poor shooting is what is keeping this from a play. Defensively, Xavier is playing very well, giving up only 36% from the floor vs 40% for Temple. They are also very stingy defending the three, giving up only 26%. Take the home dog in Xavier tonite.
