    East Carolina vs ULL
    PLAY ONL ULL - 6

ECU had a nice bounce back season to qualify for a bowl this season. They are running the ball at less than 4 YPC, but their rush defense isn't that bad, giving up a little over 4 YPC. The passing game isn't bad at 7.4 YPA, but the pass defense is definately subpar at 7.4 YPA. ULL comes in as one of those Sunbelt teams that always seems to play well in bowl games. The offense has been on a roll over the final few games of the season, finishing up at 5.1 YPC and 8.6 YPA. Surprisingly, they are only converting 36% on 3rd down. Perhaps that is becasue they hit so many big plays on 1st and 2nd down, which we expect them to be able to do against a suspect ECU pass defense. We will lean towards ULL in this one. The only thing keeping this game prom a play is their iffy pass defense, giving up just under 8 YPA and ECU's ability to convert 3rd downs at 43%.

    Buffalo vs Miami
    PLAY ON: Miami -4

If last week was an indicator, then the Bills got a head start to the Holiday season. They run the ball for a little over 5.0 YPC, but that was with fred Jackson and he is out for the season. Even though the pass defense has played better, the run defens eis still horrible, giving up over 5 YPC, which has led to a dismal 3rd down rate of 44%. Their isn't anything special about the Miami offense, but their defense is pretty good, especially on 3rd dwon, giving up only 35%. We will back the Dolphins and their slim playoff hopes at home against a Bills team who may have the buses running for the airport just after kickoff.
