    ST. LOUIS –7 Cincinnati
Keep an eye open, there are some 6.5s out there. The Rams are of course built for the dome. They average 34.6 ppg allowing just 17.4. At home they average a sensational 7.2 yards per pass. The Bengals defense sucks allowing 23.9 ppg against teams that average 20.3. They allow 4.6 yards per rush against teams that get just 4.3 and 5.8 yards per play against teams that get 5.2.

The Bengals success has been in no small part due to the fact they have played only one team on the road with a winning record and that is a Raven team struggling to stay alive in the playoff hunt and they got killed 31-13.

Over the last five games, Cincy is allowing 6.1 yards per play against teams getting 5.5 yards per play. On the road this year, Cincinnati has gained just 3.7 yards per rush against teams getting 4.0 yards per rush. So the fact that they have played so many bad teams bloats their stats, but we as you can see keep them into perspective.

The Rams are a great home team and the Bengals road stats are deceiving. Cincy comes back to earth.
