Today we like Southern Mississippi -15 against East Carolina. This team needs to win this game for the outright conference win in C-USA. They beat TCU nine days ago, and they will use their suffocating defense to stymie the horrendous offense of the Pirates. The Eagles are a nice 7-4 ATS to go with their 8-3 record, and their offense is just hitting their peak with Dustin Almond at the helm. They beat this Pirate team 24-7 last season and we do not see it being that close, and fully expect at least one defensive score. They will not be able to get their offense moving, and they may possible see a shutout.
