If you stated in your 11:27am post that you were going to post your free picks today @ 6pm (as an example), don't you think members &/or guests would check your picks out? Wouldn't that still be "in (a) timely manner"? There's no reason to sign up. If they're truly free and you want to attract new clients, why force them to have to do anything? I don't get it either............
