Question...

How are you making money on the site without charging picks? Advertising? Affliations? If so...Keep up the good work I would much rather see someone make money by being good and getting hits so as not to fleece the public.

Poskid - great question and am happy to answer as best as I can.

As you know web traffic is everything! And I have been blessed with very strong traffic that only grows every day. I now have affiliations with quality merchants and sponsorships from the same. Companies, big and small, are willing to pay to get additional exposure for their products and to benefit directly from my website's traffic. I am fortunate to have a list of strong merchants who feel they can benefit from my visitors. The condition of these affiliations and sponsorships is that it be done tastefully and not to interfere with the user's experience. Therefore, you will NEVER see pop-ups or pop-unders as you navigate through the site. Perhaps a banner here and there but primarily can access this list of merchants in my online store. What I also do is negotiate special deals with these merchants that are exclusive to our visitors and this has worked out very well so far.

Now, what is my incentive to still provide winners through my handicapping? It's exactly what you said! If I am consistently good then more people will come to my site and most will come back daily.

This is the 30-second version of how I am able to do this for free, however, there are many other reasons for it too but I just don't have time to write a book, nor do I want to bore you! Some of these other reasons will become more apparent shortly though! I appreciate your interest and hope my response helps!

I figured it was something like that. Work like a normal website making your money through your sponsers based on your viewership. I like it and I applaud you for making a "service" that doesnt cost money.
