  • Aftermath of 9/10

Not a great run to say the least. Slump city. Need that one good day to get back up. Hopefully today is the day.

    1.5* CIN/MIL UNDER 7.5
    1.5* CINCY +250

"1st Frame" Inning System(Will there be a run scored in the first inning?)
    2* NYY/LAA (YES -125)

  • #2
Cincy ruined the perfect day, but the evening has started well.
    Added are 3 plays upcoming.
Sorry for the small print. Copied from my site:

    INNING SYSTEM:
    2* CLE/BAL YES -140
    2* COL/ATL YES -130

    2* CHC/STL UNDER 9

Lilly(13-9, 4.43) faces Looper(12-11, 4.09). These two are very familiar with each other and this game has already seen a line drop to 8.5 from 9 earlier. Looper has not seemed as good as last season but has only allowed 7 earned runs in his last 5 home starts. That is pretty hot. He also has a good track record against Chicago at home. He has gone 7 innings in 5 of his 6 career starts against Chicago and has only allowed 4 earned in 3 starts at home. Under is also 5-1 in those 6 starts. Lilly averages 2 earned per start at StL in his Cub career so look for a 3-2 type game. Bullpens seem solid enough to play a scoreless inning or two. 3-2 game.

    2* KC/MIN UNDER 9(TOTAL SYSTEM)
This is a TOTAL SYSTEM play. After escaping with a push last night we go back to the board tonight. System game 1 pushes call for an executive decision on if it will still be a go or not. Lately after a push there has been an 0-4 follow up. I truly like these teams and pitchers to keep this game under 9. Davies(6-6, 4.59) vs. Slowey(11-9, 3.75). The Twins have to be Davies favorite team to face as he has had success against them averaging less than 3 runs per start. I dont see Davies allowing more than 3. The KC pen, as they showed last night, dominates this team. Slowey has faced KC twice on the road and allowed 1 run in each. Thats over 14.2 innings. Expect him to go at least 6 with allowing one or two at most. Personally, I think this ends up with 6 runs total.

    2* CHISOX +130
The ChiSox look to stop the Jays win streak tonight in this series finale. Halladay(18-9, 2.64) faces Buehrle(12-11, 3.98). Both starters have proven effectiveness and this game is of important value. Halladay and the Jays are 3-6 facing the Sox. Out of those 9 games, 7 of them have been decided by 2 runs or less including the last 6 when he is on the mound. Halladay has been sharp but outpitching him was Buehrle who has gone 8 innings in each of his last 4 starts against the birds. In Halladays starts the Jays score on average of 3 runs against Chicago while allowing 4 on average. During Buehrles starts vs Toronto, his team backs him with an average of 4 scored, and allowing 4 but most recently only allowing 2 over the last 5 starts dating to 2005. Look for a likely 4-3 game here.
