Tonight we are taking New York (Pettitte -180) against Boston (Lowe). We are going to use the same premise as in Chicago last night, the Yanks are too good of a team to allow the Sox a 2-0 lead going back to Boston. Andy Pettitte owns a 14-4 lifetime mark against the Sox, including 3-1 this season alone. Pettitte has also gone 3-0 with a 0.95 Era over his last three starts and has been very sharp almost all season, as he finished up at 22-8. Derek Lowe has to be tired, he started Game 3 and then was forced to close Game 5. Now he is back on the mound with a lifetime 6-7 mark against the Yanks with a high 5.22 Era and a tired arm. Lowe has also struggled on the road this season, one reason for him starting Game 3 against Oakland in round 1. He was 6-5 with a 6.11 Era over 16 road starts this season, couple that with Pettitte's 5-1 mark lifetime in ALCS play with a 3.75 Era and we are heading to Boston at 1-1.
