Hi welcome to the Leprechaun Post,
This past weekend was an up and down one. I did hit both of my guarantees, had a bad day in CFL , broke even in the NFL and then went 3-1-1 in MLB on Sunday.
Before I get to the comp picks let me tell you what's ahead at LL Sports. This week coming up is going to be a big one, as I have my eyes set on some huge picks in both College and Pro. Also Hockey gets under way and the Baseball playoffs continue.
Now about this coming week, I love the thursday and friday night contests in college and they are yours free. All you have to do is email me with "Thursday/Friday" in the subject line. It's that simple. On Thursday you will get the Side and Total of the Colorado State/BYU game plus two early College selections and then on Friday night you will get the Side and Total on the TCU/South Florida game, plus two early NFL selections. What am I setting up? Ok you dragged it out of me. This weekend will be a huge one as I have 3, count 'em 3, big college conference games of the year. That's right 3 of them. Then on Sunday I have an NFL Game of the month and a NFL game of the year selection. More details to follow, both here or on my site.
Here are some trends for tonights game.
Indianapolis is 1-6 ATS vs non div in Oct, while Dungy is 5-1 ATS after scoring 35 or more.
Tampa Bay is 5-14-1 ATS in Oct off a SU win and 1-4 ATS with rest, but 7-1 ATS when opp is off DD win.
MLB comp totals play
Martinez threw 130 pitches last time out while Zito has never pitched on three days rest. Take the OVER 7
NFL comp totals play
Both teams can play defense but I still believe this will go over the total. Tampa has had a bye week to fix their offense and except for the opening week, Indy has scored from everywhere on the field averaging 37 ppg over their last 3 games. The OVER is 10-2-1 when the Colts are road dogs. Take the OVER 37.5.
