I have thousands of people that go to my site dialy, I have hundreds of clients who pay for my picks, I do alot of work thats why I win, PERIOD. My records are factual not fiction
they are updated daily, when I win they in the win column when i lose they go in the loss column PERIOD! The thousands of websites viewers and hundreds of paid clients obviously wouldn't allow me to post false numbers or they would lose my trust, PERIOD
yeah people win and people lose whatever, Im ahead of the business, thats why I have been doing this since the early 80's, services come and go daily, Mike Warrens gone, Ron Bash is gone, to name a few who arent doing this anymore. I stand the test of time, when I lose I dont get paid, but ibviously I win a hell of a lot more than i lose or people wouldnt click me thousands of times per day to get free picks.

Tell me one other person in the country besides ME, thats posts thier records on thier sites and that are updated on a daily basis so people can go there and track it daily? I DONT KNOW OF ANY, PERIOD, name one? You cant right, thats obvious out of over 2500 so called sports services NO ONE DOES.

I was one of the first with nationwide scorephones, It quit working so I dont do it no more, not cost effective,
I was THE FIRST with autodialer computers to call people with a pitch and hit button number one to get a free play and actually give them a free play, it works i Still do it
I was THE FIRST to expose Oklahoma Sports Monitor for accepting monies from Sports Services to have better records when people called to monitor them, I exposed them and I dont give ANYONE my picks and pay them to give them either, thats ludicrous
I wouldnt pay someone to monitor my plays because there aint a legit sports monitor on the planet
I was the first to expose the offshores that scam people and dont pay them and post them as scams on my website, I have been offered tons of money by them to take them off my site, but NO WAY once they dont pay, they will never be removed from my site i was the the FIRST to bet 100,000 on a football game with an offshore sportsbook in 1987, that opened the doors for others to do it and get paid by legit offshores
I was the FIRST to put up free plays at ****.com for sports bettors

The industry has changed and I have been a HUGE FACTOR in changing the industry with my resume', I just hope others follow in my footsteps and post their records on their website, but they wont cause they cant win consistently

And I am the first to expose people like you who bash people like me with your lies and false statements about me when you dont even know me> If you knew me, you obviosuly wouldnt say the things you say< I aint out to make a ton off someone like you with a lawsuit for defamation of character, I could do it and win easily, your posts prove it, you dont know me, never have, just as savage1 dont know me and ryan c dont know me.

Remember if you wanna post, back it up, I wont let people lie about me and get away with I will stand up to them and dish it right back.

And dont think because your behind a computer that your not resposible for your posts or your lies, someone could actually find out where that computer is working from, track you down and sue you legally for slander, defamation fo character etc etc. They find the hackers all the time, they deal with terrorists all the time, they find the virus scums all the time and its really quite simple

You may ask why I even answer your posts, like I said I back up what I say, and its good publicity for me to humiliate you in the open where people can read. For the few negative posts like you and savage1 and ryanc have conjured up I have received hundreds of emails from clients at [email protected] or [email protected] who say just the opposite and laugh at my responses and the way I handle you BOYS, you see they deal with me everyday DIRECTLY with me, they know me, respect me, and like me because I say what I feel and I back up what I say

Mr. Gaston refers to defamation of character. My question is what character? Is this a truly honest guy who really wants to help people win money or someone who claims an undocumented 75-80% winning percentage in Code Zebra Plays(which used to be 90% from my visit to his website), which are undocumented by anyone other than the undocumented tens of thousands of folks who have got rich with his picks?
Or maybe he is the nice guy who charges "only" up to $25000 for a season of picks.
Gee, maybe we are all wrong and Mr. Gaston does belong in Guinness Book of World Records along with Jimmy the Fixer for breaking every handicapping record known to man.
Let us also not forget all those wonderful achievements he cites, being the humanitarian he is.
I may just have to reevaluate the entire situation to see whether I was only 70% right in what i said, which is still less than the truly remarkable 80% winning percentage for Mr. Gaston.

savage, he still does have one 90+% record up on his site...at the bottom he claim he went 31-2 in the 2000 ncaa tourney...thats what (let me get my calc) .939393%....maybe its true...who knows...but id believe its false....

...as far his statement goes...i never claimed he didnt win....i claimed his records are false...and since he has no actually proof it isnt...id say its a he said she said type of arguement....so to claim defamation of character is crazy.....and i dont need the lecture on the ISP#'s, i am fully aware everyone is able to be tracked down on their computers....

i just find a lot of it funny b/c he has all these clients but spends time posting on this site....he bet 100dimes on a game but wants $295 for picks....ive seen this shit a million times....i know from others horror stories....so for me its in one ear and out the other....hopefully newbies will do the same....

this site permits sports services lookin for exposure to do various writeups and thats their wishes so i will respect those wishes and cut with the replies....as far as Mr Gaston goes...he has his believes and morals...and i have mine, that being said...gl in all future endevors.......

oh fwiw, we are a month into football season, 2 if you count preseason and there is NO mention of this years football record...just baseball...feel free to lead me in the right direction....im interesting in tracking you weekly...

Intraware-I can't imagine a handicapper suing anyone over defamation of character when the subject about which suit is about, namely gambling on sports, is illegal in 49 states.
The judge would probably throw the case out and have a good laugh especially if someone like Mr. Gaston tried to bring a lawsuit against anyone when the judge was told about the claims latter made to engender the slander towards him in the first place.
The chances of anyone being thrown in jail or being successfully sued would be about the same as someone trying to sue a wrestling promoter because he felt a match for which he paid money was fixed.
