(Redding/Tomko) Man has Houston gotten inside the Cards heads or what! Houston has pounded this team 4 times in the last week and has won 7 of the last 9 against them. Houston and their veterans have really cranked it up down the stretch going 13-3 in their last 16 games for a Septmeber to remember. Houston is 47-31 in the division this year and road teams are 23-10 with Eric Cooper behind the plate! Redding is 1-1 1.90 against the Cards this year in 4 starts and the Astros staff has a 2.76 era in their last 10 games. Tomko is 0-2 4.67 against Houston and the Cards are 3-6 in his 9 career starts against them. The Cards are 7-12 in September and after last night have pretty much been eliminated.
