2 2* plays in MLB tonight, still working on the MNF game here at Handicappers-Sports-Picks.com, and looking at the weather.
2* NYY -1.5 versus Baltimore. Besides simply being the better team, we are looking at 2 angles here tonight. The Yankees are going to want to put Boston out of there misery soon, and want home field in the ALCS. Secondly, Andy Pettite has a history of returning strong after he pitches poorly. Andy has struggled recently, and should take care of business tonight. Pettite also needs 2 wins to reach 20, which is no small motivation to someone on their free agent year.
2* Lilly is 3-0 against Anaheim this year, and has been their most consistent starter recently. He has given up 2 runs in his last 18 innings pitched. Look for Oakland to win a close one tonight.
