Green Bay will look for redemption from last week's rare home loss. The Pack has owned Detroit. They are 12-0 SU/9-1-2 ATS in the last 12 hosting the Lions. Although WR Donald Driver is out, Favre still has other options, including Bubba Franks and Ahman Green. Favre is not likely to repeat the 4 INT game he had against the Vikes. He was just one of several Super Bowl winning QBs to have a rough time in week 1, but the cream should rise to the top. He had signs of life in the 2nd half, but it was too little, too late against a Viking team that had opened a big lead. Favre should be able to right the ship and take advantage of a Lions secondary that allowed 344 yards passing to the lowly Cardinals. Detroit also gave up 4.8 yards per rush last week. In last year's meeting at Lambeau, the Packers racked up 500+ yards of offense, beating Detroit 40-14. Detroit's QB, Harrington, felt no pressure from Arizona last week, thanks mostly to his O-line, which is the strength of his team. Of course, Arizona can't apply pressure the way Green Bay's Johnson, Navies, and KGB will this week. Mariucci's Lions had their moment in the sun in week 1, but they'll have to wait until mid-October to get another. The favorites in this match up have gone 15-8 ATS. Green Bay is 25-2 straight up, and 18-9 ATS at Lambeau after a loss. Mariucci is just 1-6 against the Packers, while Green Bay HC Sherman is 5-1 in his career versus the Lions. Sherman is 3-0 head-to-head with Mooch. Additionally, Mariucci is 1-11 ATS as a dog coming off a SU/ATS win.
