What a difference a day can make. After going 2-7 -5.19 units on the Tuesday slate, the Premium plays recovered nicely going a sparkling 8-1 a gaining a whopping +9.26 units. Key wins were a double dip winner on the White Sox at +200, and runline wins on both the Red Sox (+148) and Cleveland (+109). Houston rallied with a PH grand slam HR to eventually defeat the Braves 12-11 in 14 innings as a +140 dog, Colorado scored twice late to get a 4-2 win versus the Marlins. Personally, I nailed a four teamer that paid 150 on a 5 spot wager (CWS +200, Bos -1.5 +148, Cle -1.5 +109, and LAA +100). The lone loser of the day, and the play that kept a perfect day from occuring was an extra inning loss by the Cardinals, 5-4 to the Pirates.
After 300 plays made, the selections have went 150-150 and stand at +21.78. After a disaster this past Sunday, and an awful slate last night, the plays are close to the high water mark of the season which is +22.99. 50% is the target number for this service, and right now that mark is being achieved and money is being made. The Mets continue their tour of the NL Central after wiping out the first place Brewers. Hernandez will take the ball in the opener against the Cubs, and with hot bats the Mets look good in this one. New York has won the last four Hernandez starts, and he has pitched resonably well in those outings. While it's tough to go against the pitching of Zambrano, the price is right for a hot Mets team with a hurler that has led the team to victories of late. Comp play is:
