Charlie was bubbling in enthusiasm over his 500 star LOSER on the UNDER 9 in the first game of the Detroit/Minn. doubleheader, a game in which 34 reads were scored.
Charlie said "Never in my wildest dreams that I think 34 runs would be scored in an game in which I had an under, and that the game would go over so early in the contest.
"With today's losss masochists all over the country are in seventh heaven about being down over 12000 units, and today it was so easy!"
Charlie went on to say that "I cannot promise such easy losers every time, but rest be assured we will make every effort to lose as much and as quickly as we can every day."
