What a way to start the season for both of these Colorado teams. A solid rivalry to start the season and all the hype is on Colorado St. stand out QB Bradlee Van Pelt. Last season the Rams beat the Buffalo's 19-14 for a Win/Cover. The Rams are returning 8 starters on offense while the Buffalo's will send out a more inexperienced offensive team that is returning just 3 starters from a year ago. Colorado St. is a profitable 20-7 ATS in a game where the line is +3 to -3 dating all the way back to 1992. Look for Van Pelt and the rest of the Rams to play a good offensive game and get the job accomplished against the Buffalo's tonight.

West Virginia ended last season on a tear. The Mountaineers were an amazing 6-1 SU & 7-0 ATS in their final 7 games of the regular season last year. West Virginia is returning 6 starters on offense this season including outstanding signal caller Rasheed Marshall. The Badgers are not noted for there great play in season openers. In fact Wisconsin is just 1-7 ATS in week 1 of the season over the last 8 years. We expect that trend to continue once again this season as we like our chances with the Mountaineers to grab the cash against the Badgers on this Saturday afternoon.

The Giants will get to swing away against one of the hardest throwing lefties in baseball, Randy Johnson. San Francisco is an amazing 20-9 (+9 units) versus left handed starters this season. In the Big Units last 12 starts against the Giants he is just 5-4 with a 3.48 ERA. The Diamondbacks as a team are just 6-6 (-8 units) as a team in those 12 starts by Johnson. That is not a profitable record. With the Giants dominating the National Leagues West division we feel they will get the win against Arizona & Randy Johnson tonight in Bank One Ballpark.

A couple of interesting trends that caught our attention were the fact that Georgia is a perfect 7-0 ATS on the road the last three seasons. Also, they’ve been very successful against ACC opponents posting an 8-2 ATS record since 1992. Georgia was so close to playing for the national title last season but lost to conference rival Florida Gators. Though they are returning just 3 offensive starters they should be able score points. All SEC performer QB David Green will run the show for the Bulldogs.
Don't be fooled. Georgia had a great season last year but the main reason was there great defense. The Bulldogs defense was ranked 4th in the country in points allowed. Georgia is returning 7 defensive starters. Georgia should contain this Tigers offense. The Bulldogs should also be able to score points against a defense that has only 4 starters returning from a year ago. Look for Georgia to come away with a win against the Clemson Tigers.
