Brad Radke went back to his old ways his last start for the Twins after winning 3 of his prior 5 starts. Minnesota is 5-11 his last 16 starts and he was hit hard his last game against these same Indians with Anderson on the hill. On the season, the Twins are 20-24 -735 against lefties and are 3-4 their last 7 games after making some noise with a good run at Kansas City in early August. Cleveland took 3 of 4 at Minnesota and they are playing their best baseball of the season. They are 10-4 their last 14 games and Brian Anderson has pitched very well his last 5 games despite only a 2-2 record. He has put up a 2.01 ERA in over 31 innings and one of his losses stemmed from 5 unearned runs in a loss to Texas. He has beaten the Twins twice this season with a 1.76 ERA in over 15 innings. His home ERA of 3.78 is very respectable and would be better if not for a very slow start. He personally hasn’t lost at home since May 15th and his ERA over his last 6 home starts is 1.38. The hotter team with the hotter pitcher gets our money here.
