Tonight Texas (Dickey -145) against Detroit (Cornejo). We have Texas getting the sweep today, and behind one of their young pitchers who has been doing a fine job as of late. The Rangers have won seven straight games and have actually closed within eight games of .500 ball for the season. Dickey was scheduled to start yesterday, but had pitched one inning in Monday's extra inning game and was moved back to today. Dickey is 3-0 over his last three starts and has moved his season record up to 7-5. The Tigers have lost seven straight and nine of their last ten. They do not posses the offensive power to hang with the Rangers, now that they are on. On top of that, Cornejo is 0-3 with a 5.31 Era over his last three starts and the team is 7-17 over his twenty four starts.
