Virginia -1 1/2 against North Carolina St.
The Cavs have been playing very well lately, hitting a nice 3-1 ATS over their last four games. Being home here, will be an advantage as well since they are 3-1 ATS at home in this series. They are also 11-4 ATS as a home favorite overall and are already 3-0 ATS in the conference this season. NC St is 0-2 ATS over their last two games and they are 3-9 ATS over Weeks 5-9 of the season in the past three seasons. The Pack are also 2-6 ATS when the line is between +3 and -3 in the past three seasons, which includes 0-3 ATS already this year.
New Mexico +6 1/2 against Colorado St.
We should have taken the Lobos last week in a win over Utah, but we promised not to take any games involving the Utes for a long time (they have been a thorn in our side this season). New Mexico won as a dog outright and have now covered two straight. They have also covered three out of four in this series and are 4-1 ATS at Colorado St since 1992. The Lobos are also 7-1 ATS as a dog of 3 1/2 to 10 points and are 11-4 ATS on the road in the past three seasons. There are no real negative numbers against the Rams, we just like the Lobos on both sides of the ball to keep this one close, especially with a few extra days off.
